"I have stayed here before and needed to come back to Leicester for a funeral. I made the booking at the end of April, only to receive an email from Premier Inn two weeks later advising of a free breakfast offer when booking for a certain period. The date I booked happened to be in that period, so I messaged Premier Inn, explained the situation, only to be told that as I booked before the email, I could not have the offer. I thought this was a shame and not very helpful. So cannot comment on breakfast as I did not eat there. Check in - I am not a fan of self check in machines. It feels really impersonal, so I didn't see any reception staff during our stay. The bar staff in the evening were pleasant and the happy hour offer was a very good deal. The room itself was good. Clean and spacious. The beds are still very good, it's one thing I love about Premier Inn, their beds. A good stay apart from the breakfast offer and lack of reception staff. Would stay here again."

"First used when we visited my sister in November 2025. Found this hotel to be so good we used it again in July 2026. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and our bathroom looked very new with an excellent shower, the bed is the usual quality, comfortable Premier Inn bed. Parking is plentiful and free Breakfast was excellent quality and the porridge was especially good. Dan in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful"

Moja córka była bardzo zmęczona, gdy było prawie 11:00. Mówili, że żądania do łóżek nie doszły do systemu rezerwacji. Przyniosła ciasteczka chociaż :) również ładowarka EV nie pracowała pomimo kilku prób mojego męża i sprawdzanie z personelem hotelowym, więc bez opłat z następnego dnia podróżować nieco niewygodne. Jednym z powodów rezerwacji hotelu było ev opłaty i bezpłatny parking."

"Room was extremely hot, not even a fan available, no chambermaid service, no towel change, no replenishment . TV only had a few channels available, also TV source was being changed by other users in some other room ! Asked if lack of channels etc could be addressed-nothing!! Overwhelming was the extreme heat, provided own fan, just about made it bearable, but barely! Reception is lovely and cool with air conditioning. Not much consideration for paying guests."
