The apartment was very-well supplied in small utilities such as tea and cosmetics. The room was quite cozy and warm despite cold weather outside. It was well-located in Shuhe Old Town with nice surroundings but the courtyard felt a bit empty because of the cold weather. The staff was very nice and forthcoming, answering our questions. One negative aspect was the breakfast - there were not enough staff and the food was served very irregularly. This combined with other guests literally taking what they could for themselves resulted in a not very pleasant breakfast experience. However, overall it was a very nice place stay.

Our stay was great. The staff were really welcoming (all communication was in Chinese). The hotel helped arrange a ride from the train station when we arrived late at night, and someone came to help us move our luggage from the parking lot to the hotel, about a five minute walk. We got a free upgrade. The room was amazing, with a huge bathtub. There was no door leading into the bathroom, but a door separated the toilet, and a curtain surrounded the bathtub. The courtyard is beautiful, with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Breakfast was included with our room. There was no coffee during our visit, but the Chinese style breakfast was very good. 😋
If you are planning to go to Jade Dragon Mountain, I would advise contacting the hotel ahead of time to get information on package deals. We tried to buy tickets for Glacier Park the day before, but they were already sold out for the next day. So I would suggest contacting the hotel staff about buying tickets to the mountain and the cable car up the mountain 2 days before you plan to visit the park. They can help you find a good package deal.

Location is a lovely quiet area inside the ancient town beside the mountain.
Walk for about 5 minutes and you can reach the parking area where cars can come to pick you up.
Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, photo shops and so on nearby.
Staff don't speak English.
Breakfast consists of toast & jam, fried eggs, baozi, fruit, and rice noodles. Drinks are hot milk or coffe, I didn't see juice or tea.

We totally loved the big room with the comfortable bed and the huge bathtub and terrace. Price quality was amazing and we also could use the washing machine. Will be back!!

We stayed here in the large family room for a second year in a row! It’s right in the nicer part of ShuHe and near some nice shops and places to eat. The main reason we stay is for the room which is large, warm and has a sitting area that separates the bedrooms. It’s well priced and comfortable. Due to the lack of visitors in Dec ‘21, a lot of restaurants and shops were closed and the hotel wasn’t service breakfast. Still a hidden gem though.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, from an affordable pick up and drop off service from the airport. The location is perfect as it's in the heart of an ancient town with plenty of local restaurants and markets and taxis (I used DiDi services) to surrounding tourist sights were affordable too. There are convenience shop stone throws away, lovely coffee shops etc The hotel room itself was amazing and equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast was quite decent as well. Really lovely place, worth staying at, money for your worth.
This whole vacation was peaceful and serene with breathtaking views and clouds.

The rooms were beautiful, and the front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was inexpensive and sufficient. The area was a bit quieter than the rest of the old town.
