Excellent service. Extremely quiet room. Room a bit narrow but big enough for our needs.
Food and service in restaurant is excellent.
Very close to waterfront. Walking distance to many sites.

All the Staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help us. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the historic part of Lisbon.

We had an amazing stay at the Pestana Rua Augusta! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when we asked for dinner recommendations. We felt completely safe here. It is also a great location, central to everything and if you are walkers like ourselves, you will be a ten-fifteen minute walk to everything, and right by the big pedestrian street. Highly recommend for a great stay in Lisbon!

Everything and everyone was great. Close to the center of lot of attractions. Joao, Patricia, Ivan and others were just awesome. Highly recommended!!

Exceptionally friendly and kind staff! The location is about as good as it gets and it’s clean, beautifully decorated, has a great breakfast and is pet friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Great buffet breakfast, with scrambled eggs, bacon, saugages, pancakes, fruits, pasteries, yougurt, and cereals. All the staff were helpful. Nice room. Convenient location...walkable to tourist sites, dining options, shopping, and transportation options.
