house with a lot of humidity I used portable heaters to fix. I am completely bitten by fleas or bedbugs

The owners were great. Very customer friendly. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to Oriente station serving all of Portugal and 10 min drive to airport. For 15 euros the owner drove us to the airport at 5:AM Better service than taxi or uber.

Ok place. We stayed there for 1 night and wanted to be near Oriente and this fit the requirements. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable and some were uneven. Other amenities were fairly standard if a bit unexciting. Check in and check out were super easy.

1. Studio no. 6 was somewhat difficult to find, more exact instructions are needed indicating that it is at a completely separate entrance (in fact, on an adjacent street).
2. Instructions for locating keys with code are confusing, had to call property at midnight for help. On the other hand, they were responsive and helpful.
3. Bad odor in the bathroom.
4. No soap in the bathroom.

This apar**ent was a great place to stay. We had an overnight layover and the location to the Lisbon airport was excellent. The host communicated and the check in and check out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying in this quaint apar**ent!

Area is nice BUT the owner is very rude and unprofessional. On ******* when I booked, it says check in is at 2pm, we got there right at 2 and we’re not let into the apar**ent till 4:30. Owner said check in is at 4:00 and checkout is at 11:00. He was not accommodating at all so we stood outside in the cold with kids. Once we got inside, the toilet was broken, I contacted the owner and he was rude and told me he will get it fixed and hung up the phone. The maintenance guy came and was in our apar**ent from 6-9pm. This was ridiculous and I will never book here again! Think before you do!!!
