Great spot with very friendly staff. No A/C but it was nice that we had a room with a balcony as there were only 2 or 3 of these rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dear Lisbon hotel. We could not fault it in any way. The rooms were spotless and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The location was good and the popular 28 tram stops a stone's throw from the Hotel. The breakfast was very good and varied each day.
I would not hesitate to return to the Dear Lisbon.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I travelled with my little daughter and she was very pleased with the hotel as well.
The area of the hotel felt very safe.
The breakfast was good, tasty and healthy. It would be helpful if the food had signs so that we know which is vegetarian and which not.
The hotel was very beautiful and clean.
Unfortunately no elevators, so if you cannot walk a lot, ask for a room on the first floor.
I would recommend this hotel.

This property is a little gem in a lovely area away from the main tourist traps. Room 209 was enormous, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was lovely, not vast amount of choice but adequate to fill you up until elevensies!! There is no hotel bar but the staff are happy to serve you a glass of wine at the end of a long day trekking the hills of Lisbon and the complimentary coffee is a lovely touch. The staff are excellent all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If we ever go back to Lisbon we would definitely stay here again. It was faultless, Thank You Dear Lisbon!!

The only hotel in the world with no tea and coffee facilities in the room, despite the advertising saying it had Nespresso machines. This may seem a minor issue but it would definitely put me off booking if it was stated clearly. The offer to get coffee sent to our room doesn’t help at 5.30 in the morning. Bathroom needed some maintenance, lack of lighting in the room. Breakfast was okay. Staff were great and location good. Don’t pay the €50 for transfers, Uber was €14 each way.

Hi - I stayed here for 2 nights (breakfast included) and it was brilliant - the reception staff were excellent. They were very attentive and super friendly and helpful . The decor of the hotel and reception area was very tastefully done . I certainly enjoyed my time there.

Not a 5 star hotel but what made me gave an excellent score is because of the warm welcome of the staff they are all very helpful and courteous from the reception staff to the kitchen personnel. Slight noise outside due to the tram and cars but very acceptable and accessible to Tram 28 to go around, and a grocery nearby to buy some stuff. Breakfast was great not too much alternative but superb choices. Walkable to other near places and resto. Again, to all the staff!!!! Thank You Very Much!! You are highly appreciated and the letter at end.

Dear Lisbon felt like a home away from home. The staff were so resourceful and kind and I felt safe in and around the hotel at all times. Such a beautiful place!
