Considering price performance it is worth 5 stars. Rooms are rather small, but cosy. All you need is there. Breakfast is extensive, good and served with no hassle. Check-in was possible (in my case) already at 12:30, goody. And a location is convenient.

An excellent place to stay very friendly stuff beautiful atmosphere eco friendly hotel and very clean. It is in a very quite area he has Gym with a few stuff that you can make your daily workout in your vacations. The breakfast is fine. The best of all is the Location close to the hotel they are a lot of Asia type restaurants with amazing food at normal price compare to the tourists restaurants at the center of the town. Quick Asia and Ola Nepal the top of them. I suggest it 100%.

2 nite stay in the leaf boutique Hotel. Small comfy clean rooms ,staff friendly and breakfast each morning was really good. Not a bad location for the nite life. Enjoyed the stay. No Hotel bar but a lot don't have them now. Would stay closer to the centre next time

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff throughout from the room cleaners to front of house. We would like to thank Diego in the restaurant as he was very helpful with our allergy requests when we were eating breakfast. The selection of food for the breakfast is great value. If I was to visit again I would not have a double room as they are very small, we had to cram our luggage inside the wardrobe as we had nowhere else to store the bags. The bathroom was very small, I would get a superior double or deluxe double room instead as I’m sure that it would be a better size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and gave us a great nights sleep. It is a little out of the way of the main central area, however they have lots of great transport links and it is around 15 mins to walk to Rossio square down the main boulevard. We really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

Hotel is small and clean with a decent breakfast but is a good 30min walk to the river. It’s uphill coming back so is a tough walk. Bus 760 takes you reasonably close. Main concern for Canadians is that the can’t process credit cards. Despite having someone from VISA on the line it appears that their POS can’t process Canadian cards. They are aware of this as it happened every time but I had to go a get cash from an ATM and they did not seem inclined to find a solution. I used my card everywhere else very easily BTW

The Leaf Boutique is a small hotel but it is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good, enhanced by canned birdsong which certainly beats canned music. Maybe the rooms are a bit on the small side and it is located in a slightly dreary street, but there are several metro stations in walking distance so you can access most of Lisbon very easily Overall great value.

The hotel has a very good location for sightseeing, the service is friendly and super helpful, the breakfast is excellent, but the rooms are very small. We stayed three nights and can recommend this hotel, although I would not find it suitable if you have children.
