Wszystko było dobrze, z wyjątkiem tego, że pod prysznicem brakowało drzwi do zamknięcia, więc większość wody była w łazience.

Bardzo brudno, korzystaliśmy tylko przez 1 noc. W najgorszym hotelu nie było grzejnika. Nie polecam nikomu.

To zakwaterowanie znajdowało się w pobliżu dobrych połączeń komunikacyjnych z lotniskiem i miastem Lissabon, co było powodem, dla którego go wybraliśmy. Chociaż recepcjonistka była zastępcą bez znajomości języka angielskiego, zrobiła wszystko, co w jej mocy, aby nasz pobyt był przyjemny i dobrze nam służył, a my czuliśmy, że nasz pobyt jest przytulny i bezpieczny. Prosty wybór, gdy potrzebujesz jedynie miejsca na nocleg z dobrym połączeniem komunikacyjnym i bez luksusowych usług.

Amazing location, friendly stuff (Thanks Pedro). But the room is very poor. Leaking sink, that was never fixed till we left (5 nights) even though we informed them 10 min after we arrived. And the room cleaning was not at all good, sometimes they don’t even change the towels. If you are looking for a low cost option in a nice area, it works. But i know i am not going back.

The room was about as basic as it could possibly get. A bed, shower and toilet. All minimal. Room is advertised as having an elevator, which we needed. The elevator was not functional and looked like it was not going to be repaired.

Our recent stay at Residencial Duque de Saldanha in Lisbon left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this experience would not meet our expectations. Firstly, our host never introduced herself by name, and we received an aggressive message via WhatsApp before our arrival, outlining numerous restrictions without explanation. Unfortunately, our attempts to seek clarification through the same channel went unanswered, leaving us feeling frustrated. Upon check-in, we encountered further challenges. The lady at the front desk lacked proficiency in English and displayed impatience with our attempts to communicate in Portuguese. The location, while close to the Saldanha metro station, was far from the most interesting parts of the city centre. The B&B's condition also raised concerns. It spanned multiple floors of an apar**ent block, and while the lift was functional, the room itself was incredibly dated, surpassing even the pictures on the website. Maintenance issues were abundant, including a malfunctioning ceiling light, cobwebs, and disrepair around doors, floors & windows. The bathroom presented problems with drainage, sealant, and a broken accordion door. A persistent unpleasant smell permeated the room and corridor, and noisy toilet waste disposal only added to the discomfort. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable, and we were given only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people to share, a clear oversight (later remedied by the cleaning staff on our request) Additionally, several listed facilities were conspicuously absent from our experience. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, the only responsive individuals were the cleaning staff, who were friendly and helpful. In light of these issues, we felt compelled to contact Booking within hours of arrival, yet even after two days since our departure, we have received no response.

Ótima localização e equipe muito educada e local tranquilo próximo a muitos pontos importantes e shoppings da cidade.

Chambre à côté de la reception trop bruyante (4ieme étage). Des receptionnistes parlant très fort au téléphone (appels personnel ?) une grande partie de la journée. Impossible de se reposer en journée. 1 jour (sur 6) la xhambre n'a pas été faite.

Bem localizada. Quarto limpo. Bom banheiro. Mas tv ruim e a energia falhou durante a noite.
