If you looking for the place where once you open the door, the tram 28 just infront of you, this place were right choice.alfama structure basically abit hills so you need to walk,but u have a choice to take the tram too and the hotel just next to the Copenhagen coffee shop which i love the most! The room were big and clean. Highly recommended

Loved everything about this stay. It was exactly as advertised. Tv does not have access to apps and THEIR basic cable. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful❣️. Rooms are clean and well situated. Tram 28 rides directly in from for pickup. The coffee shop next door is an absolute gem❣️ washateria close enough 👍👍

The room was outstanding and quiet even being close to tram, quiet refuge in busy area, easy access to tram, lots of restaurants close by.

Our concierge Isabela was gracious and very helpful. She even loaned us beach umbrellas for several day trips to the beaches nearby. The room was very large and very clean. The neighborhood was wonderful and interesting.

What a wonderful stay! The suite we stayed in was very clean, the backyard was beautiful, and the staff were very accommodating. Great location. I would definitely come back!

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. Our apar**ent was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were super helpful. The location is great for exploring Alfama and is right on the Trolley line. Great breakfast buffet there and a wonderful bakery/restaurant just about next door. Good dining options and much to explore nearby.

This was our second stay after a few days in Porto on our way home. Great staff and location. The fridge in our room didn’t work but not really a problem as we were only there 2 nights.

This was an amazing property! It was in the heart of the Alfama neighborhood in Lisbon. The famous Tram #28 ran right in front of the property. The tram stop was footsteps away. Restaurants, cafes and little shops abound in this area. The apar**ent itself was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!
