This very bad experience, amazing Very strong smell of laundry detergent the Pillow and quilt, I tried to cancel my reservation for the next day , she actually refused to cancel and refused to refund the money.
Although it's not a lot of money, it's only about $12 euros, but it gives me a very bad feeling.

As pessoas da receção eram muito simpáticas. A higiene do hotel também é boa, mas infelizmente não há casa de banho privativa. É muito fácil de se deslocar, a estação de metro fica logo abaixo. Há bastantes restaurantes nas proximidades.

Room was ok for one person but before I leave I saw bugs 🐜 on my bed. I got lots of itching and pimples on my body.

The pics I think make it look better than it is. It is old, not in the worst shape but don’t expect modern. It’s ok, just feels cramped everywhere. Jonathan was great as a host, but it was his last day yesterday.

First the positive: it´s really well located, you can get public transport to anywhere, it´s close to some nice touristic points, there´s a lot of options for food. The staff was friendly, the vibe was nice in my room.
The negative: no elevator, 4th floor, no stairs, it´s a struggle if you have luggage. Bed bugs, the staff said it was a general problem in hostels in Portugal and I can understand that, yet I couldn´t sleep well when I was there because of that. They were eating me alive.

- The room was quite big, however very dark and it wasn't possible to open the window. The room was clean but the smell of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming.
- The bathrooms were not in a good shape: most of the showers didn't have the right support, so washing hair was challenging. Toilet seats were broken.
- Kitchen and dining area were fine.
- Unfortunately the door of the building was often open, so during the last night someone was trying to barge in and kept ringing and knocking on the door.
- Position is ok, 20/25 minutes from main station, not a beautiful neighborhood
