The hotel is very well set out and there are three pools on site. The beaches are ten minutes and 15 minutes walk both of which are clean. The shops are a five minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were all amazing especially housekeeping. The alcohol is at a reasonable price and the in-house entertainment is ok.

I have stayed at Parque nereida a couple of times already and have enjoyed it every time. The hotel itself is in the perfect location with shops, bars and a lovely promenade within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and Ive had a pool view and a sea view and both were fantastic. All members of staff are amazing from reception to bar to housekeeping and to the manager of the hotel who likes to walk around and speak to the residents. The day activities and nightly entertainment are the best. There are always sun loungers available at all 3 pools. All in all it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed at and as a solo traveler who travels a lot I felt very welcomed and safe. I will definitely be going back in the very near future.

Very clean. Great breakfast pools and nice spa. Close to the beach and 10min walk to the marina. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. I would stay again. You have the best of both worlds here. The shops and restaurants at the marina and then the restaurants closer to the hotel. It was spotlessly clean

Great hotel. Fully refurbed in recent times. Very Clean. Rooms only on two levels, no high rise. And they are huge! Two TV's , and now with english channels! Pretty landscaped gardens. Three pools. Very spaciuos grounds. Restaurant overlooks the bay with beautiful scenery and sunsets. The food has gone up in quality since previous year, plenty choice, food cooked on request, as well as buffet. Many chefs, and service fantastic. The hotel had a director on site with the aim to improve further. Already made a differnce. Greeted with a bubbly drink, and upgraded our room! Three very nice bars, one on large roof terrace, on overlooking the bay, and one by the pool. At night entertainment was at one of the bars. Staff all round were super friendly and helpful. Close to nearby town and beaches. It takes about an hour by car to get to hotel.

I am a single woman in my late 50s and I stayed here for a week and throughout my stay the staff were so warm and welcoming from reception to housekeeping to bar staff and it was also nice to see the general manager talking and interacting with the guests. The food was great, there was never a queue and there are plenty of sunloungers around the 3 pools there. The spa, the gym and also the extra classes such as aqua aerobics were fantastic. The night time entertainment was great and was played beside the outside bar and watching the sunsetting was beautiful. The hotel is just perfect the hallways to the rooms are the prettiest I’ve been too and I had a seaview room which was amazing and there was always a lovely scent as you enter the hotel and the location is just wonderful. There is a long promenade which takes you to a beach which takes 15 minutes but the walk is stunning. I loved my stay here so much that i have booked again to go back in 10 weeks time and I can’t wait. The majority of holiday makers were German but that didn’t bother me at all. I cannot say one single bad word about this hotel 10/10

Just got back from week here with my daughter. We'd paid extra for a sea view room. The one we were given did indeed have a sea view but it was on the ground floor, dark, decidedly damp and musty and about half of the view included a public car park! There was almost no privacy as people could walk right past our ground floor balcony and, rather worryingly for two women on their own, there was little security. We decided to ask at reception if we could change rooms. We asked the receptionist if she would rather we spoke in English or in German(we are bilingual). She replied sarcastically and with a smirk that it would be best if we spoke Spanish. I apologised for only being able to offer her two languages. She was clearly very annoyed that we did not like our room and said we could have another but that we'd have to sleep in our old one for the night and would probably have to wait until 3pm the following day to get into the new one. We were treated as if we were naughty children rather than paying guests. We obediently returned to our room! The next day, at about 11.00, after having met another 'pleasant' receptionist(!) we got another room - much better: lighter, not damp, a slightly better view and thankfully a floor above our old one. At no point did anyone at reception express regret that we were not happy with our original room or indeed ask if we were satisfied with our new one. Throughout the process, the reception staff were brusque and seemed rather bad-tempered. As for the rest of the holiday, well, it was very good. We liked everything else about the hotel. The food was excellent, the hotel and rooms were very clean, the rest of the staff were really professional and friendly. The service in the restaurant was great.(thank you, Silvia!)The bars were really pleasant to sit in during the evenings and watch the sun go down : reasonably-priced cocktails, good service and very good live entertainment. So...why am I only giving this hotel only two stars? Well, basically, it's because of the trea**ent we had at reception. This hotel ticks a lot of boxes but we know that if anything goes wrong here (e.g. you lose a key/you're unhappy with the Wifi - not great, by the way! - or there's some problem or other) you MIGHT get help from reception but it may well be given rudely and grudgingly. It doesn't make for peace of mind on one's holiday. Because of this, we will not be returning here and cannot recommend this hotel to friends. Hence the two-star rating. It is a shame that the attitude of the reception staff is not of the same standard as their coworkers.

Prachtige ligging met hele ruime suites, een fijn zwembad met sauna en bubbelbad. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en bij aankomst een glaasje bubbels. Wat eten betreft is er genoeg keuze bij ontbijt en buffet, daar is het personeel wat voor het eten zorgt wat minder betrokken bij de beleving, de bediening maakt dit echter ruimschoots goed. Wij zijn hier geweest tijdens de vierdaagse van Mallorca en hebben het heel erg prettig gevonden, wij komen volgend jaar dan ook zeker terug.

hôtel très propre, personnel très sympathique. Les repas copieux avec beaucoup de choix et de bonne qualité. Trois piscines extérieure et une intérieure avec spa sonna et salle de musculation. Très tranquille sans enfants le repos total.
