"Excellent value for money. Booked a standard double & we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view over the harbour & free mini bar (water, beers, soft drinks & snacks). The room was spacious & tastefully decorated with fridge, kettle, tea coffee. The staff were very friendly, we arrived late and were given glass of fizz on check in which was a nice touch. The hotel was fairly quiet being end of September so lots of space around the pool. The bali beds were great & always available, hotel provides pool towels. Food & drink reasonably priced for hotel, the pizza was excellent. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked fresh to order. Never had to wait for a table. Entertainment on various nights. Bus stops are right outside hotel although we didn't use public transport as we only stayed a few days but looked easy to access other resorts. Sits at the top of a slight hil, hence views,l but there are steps down to the harbour. All in all would recommend for the price paid."

"Wczoraj wróciliśmy do domu. Spędziliśmy tu trzy noce po odwołaniu lotu i kilku marnych godzinach na lotnisku. Personel tutaj jest niesamowity, nie ma nikogo bez miłego słowa i uśmiechu. Oba pokoje, które mieliśmy, były piękne, czyste, duże i niesamowite widoki ( nasz drugi pokój był po prostu wyjątkowy. Jedzenie było wspaniałe, zawsze było coś innego. Panie w recepcji, Gemma, które uśmiechały się o drugiej w nocy po przyjęciu dodatkowych 40 gości, rzuciły się na nią, Tania i Sara, które zrobiły wszystko, aby się nami zaopiekować i rozwiązujcie problemy i łagodźcie stres lekkimi przekomarzaniami Dziękuję bardzo, panie (mój mąż mówi, że jesteście aniołami) od dwóch wdzięcznych staruszków, do których chcielibyśmy wrócić!"

"Booked the hotel for the location and the fact the food looked great( don't normally eat dinner inhouse). Big mistake. First night arrived late so barely ate much, breakfast adequate on the sun morning. Sunday night got in restaurant 10 mins after opening. All plated "hot " food cold ,goodness knows how long been left out, veg almost raw, Tried several dishes. Queue for chef cooking too long to bother with. Tried several starters and couple of desserts. Unimpressed. Approx 4 hours later the stomach etc problems kicked in, worst case of food poisoning ever experienced in my life! Not eaten outside hotel all day and only drank bottled water. Rang reception mon morning ( no instruction on internal phone to access so used mobile) as solo and was concerned. Receptionist came up, said noone else affected, was a viral infection ( it wasnt), never heard from reception again so could have been unconscious in room for all they knew!! Was in bed virtually from the sun night til checkout on the wed. Looking back through reviews there is definitely something not right with the food, someone mentioned a possible hygiene issue. Maybe people just think it's a 'Spanish tummy ' general thing they've got...Luckily beds comfortable and clean, strong shower. Walls thin as could hear person next door zipping their case up so they must have heard me in bathroom... 😞 sorry..."
