Vincent House London Residence

Excellent hotel, less than a 5 minute walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would require. Breakfast was excellent though some vegetarian sausages would have been a nice gesture. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to London.

A great hotel. Comfortable well thought out spacious rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast ….and you even have a laundry room, big garden and common room and bar. Just a few minutes walk to tube and various bus stops. The manager, Lucia, is on top of everything..super efficient and so nice. Maria at reception is also very nice…all the staff is !! Price versus quality is extremely good. It feels like home.. I keep coming back and never regret it.

Thank you for accommodating us at Vincent House during our stay at Notting Hill. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was small but perfect and bed was very comfortable. Had all the facilities in the room that you needed. Lovely lounge and cat and breakfast was delicious. Spacious back garden and a very good coffee machine. Our accommodation was situated perfectly within a stone’s throw from the tube station and portebello road by lovely gardens. The only negative which unfortunately I have to mention (only because it is a health and safety concern) is that the water temperature in our room (no 127) was far too hold - scalding hot. I had a shower but and made sure the temper was at its lowest 38 degrees c but even that temperature was almost unbearable that I had to open the shower door partly to let some cool air in. (I did face the shower head to the side so it would go all over the floor). Apart from that, our stay was perfect. Thank you.

Please see photos & video if it will all be allowed to upload ( first time trip advisor didn't upload it) I paid almost £200 & this is what I got - a version of hell. No warning about heavy renovations at all. I was a lone female traveler & was literally dumped in the midst of heavy construction on a wing, that was isolated, seriously dangerous with electrical wires hanging out everywhere, plastering going on the walls with slipping and sliding to my room, hammering, drilling, ( see video )flaking walls onto the carpet, ( see photos) I agree with the other review on here, about people not really talking to one another, or in hushed tones - it was weird! The dark haired lady at the desk was moody / not friendly/ no smiles - not welcoming, she was the one who checked me into the empty wing amongst the building work. On a positive note, it's in a good location & the kitchen staff were lovely. Really not very happy at all about not being told about the heavy building work as I also carry an inhaler for asthma. If I had known, I would have booked elsewhere.

Looking for somewhere at short notice came across this great place. Providing short, medium and longer accommodation for business men and women, VH also offers one night stays where possible. The accommodation we had was a good size with separate en suite and sitting room, it looked out onto the small courtyard garden and was very quiet. The building has many original features from the 20's and was very well maintained, the staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast options were among the best we've had in London, catering for all tastes and needs. The vibe in the place is low key and unpretentious so don't expect the veneer of top class hotels or a lively bar scene. However, this place beat our last stay - at a capital hotel a couple of months back - hands down and for a third of the cost. The location is great too, 5 mins from Hyde Park and Portebello Road and a couple of minutes from Nottinghill Gate Tube.

A great location, a good hotel and nice room. Staff were friendly. The area is very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. This is a perfect place for 1-2 nights. Check in was easy, there is an on-site bar and restaurant too. I really enjoyed myself

First stay since COVID-19, very impressed to see the very high standard of accommodation, by the super friendly staff, the high quality dinner and breakfast. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were excellent. Very nice atmosphere, quiet, comfortable, a home away from home.

This is a hidden little gem…..it is perfect for somewhere to have as a base to visit London. It’s not posh….but it is way better than a clinical/all the same routine premier inn/ibis etc. It has retained its art-deco character, very clean, good sized rooms. The breakfast, this was just super….I can’t think what was not on offer. For central London didn’t hear a thing all night….even with the window open. All the staff, from reception through to breakfast always a cheerful hello. Location is perfect, tube at the end of the road straight onto the Central Line. Wouldn’t look anywhere else now I’ve found Vincent House.

Es un hotel muy completo, muy limpio, que tiene mucha variedad de comida y que se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. El personal del hotel es muy educado y siempre están atentos de que tanto empleados como huéspedes estén siempre contentos y agusto.
