I like the place

這是在倫敦酒店住的最糟心的一個酒店，4000多一晚的酒店第二天就沒有提供瓶裝水，打前台電話説要自己去附近超市買，協調了攜程才勉強送了3小瓶，沒有每天的保潔，反正普通酒店該有的服務這裏一樣都沒有，還沒到退房時間就提前通知你要按時退房了，花了4000多一個晚上反正要啥沒啥，洗髮水要沐浴露這些也是去要了才給你，反正要謹慎，主要是花錢還糟心，下面就是酒店提供的拖鞋，非常的不用心

這是我在倫敦最推薦的公寓酒店了，廚房、房間設施齊全很新，乾淨。周邊又有tesco的便捷店、還有星巴克，壽司店，離地鐵口7分鐘，唯一缺點是攜程給的酒店地址通過導航過去，導到酒店後門，問了人才找到，不過大家留意一下酒店大門圖片，就能找到了，推薦推薦。

Apar**ent was great so clean spacious tidy and great location will be staying here again

The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apar**ent with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apar**ent. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apar**ent phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apar**ent of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apar**ent , completely back to its sh

Great property for travelers with families. The accommodations were luxe, yet comfortable. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Stayed here with family for 1 week… it was an amazing experience overall… 1) the best part is the extreme cleanliness… everything was spotless… 2) All the furnishing and appliances were new and functioning well… the kitchen was extremely well equipped much beyond our expectation… we didnt feel there was any deficiency… the washroom was also well equipped with the spray bidet- something we were looking for as we are used to this… 3) The staff service was another thing that really pleased us… they were ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the check in took us like 5 min… they were staffed 24 hours with security as well… they were kind enough to deliver our food orders to our room (which they didnt have to)… and they arranged a taxi for an early morning flight at very short notice at a very reasonable price… really really helpful 4) Location is good- just outside is the St Johns wood bus stop… 2 minutes walk there is a Tesco express… 4 minutes walk will take you to St Johns wood underground station on the Jubilee line… Bolt and Uber services are plenty… Lords cricket ground is opposite the property for the cricket lovers… Traveling and commuting was amazingly convenient… 5) Muslim friendly property and location… plenty of halal food options via Just eat and we had no issues with food being delivered… and plenty of Muslim families choose to stay here as well… so that was a big plus point for us… When we came 4 years ago we stayed in Sanctum Maide Vale… We were not disappointed this time as well in Regents park… definitely will stay here again…
