The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Check-in was okay, I was surprised that IDs were not even asked during the process. The room is okay, a little bit outdated. Amenities are not the best, shower gel is non existent, it was watered down. There were some plastic trash under the bed, it made me question their cleanings. Location wise, it was great, close to public transport and restaurants. It was overall an okay experience, but probably won't come back for a second time.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

房間有king size 床，非常衛生舒適。旁邊還有沙發，茶水區，梳妝台，每個區域都設有枱面，放好的護膚品化妝品也不會放來放去，用起來很順手。

My wife & I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding in London. The hotel was ideal for a short visit to the capital. The room was a decent size and the bed comfy. Staff were polite and helpful and there was an excellent choice for breakfast. The negatives were;- Very poor wifi, dirty windows and the windows did not open so it was impossible to allow any fresh air into the room. As a result it did feel a bit dusty and not good if you suffer from dust allergies.
