Premier Inn London Blackfriars

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

房間好，在市中心

Estuvimos 4 noches en este hotel y solo una de ellas limpiaron la habitación, y lo hicieron porque teníamos dos checkins diferentes y tras el primer día comenzábamos un check-in nuevo, si no fuera por eso estamos seguros de que no la habrían limpiado tampoco. Lo hicimos saber a recepción en el segundo día y nos ignoraron completamente. Antes de irnos pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones, y tan solo nos dieron una tarjeta con un e-mail y nos ofrecieron un desayuno gratuito que no aceptamos. Durante la estancia tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias y al irnos casi no teníamos papel higiénico ya. Las llaves daban fallo constantemente, el secador no funcionaba y no había frigorífico de mini bar, por lo que la opción de comprar algún refrigerio para tomarlo a la llegada en el hotel tampoco fue posible. Para completar, había una obra que nos despertaba a martillazos todos los días. No era la primera vez que nos alojábamos aquí, pero sin duda ha sido la peor de todas y la más decepcionante.

Nonostante ieri mi abbiano assicurato la Pulizia della stanza oggi.. nessuno è venuto nemmeno oggi. VERGOGNOSI. Assolutamente Non consigliato . Nonostante diverse rimostranze poi dalla reception se ne fregano . Deludente, scadente e poco professionali

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

Team was kind and smiling and handled all situations promptly and efficiently. We took breakfast with my kids and food was really nice and kids eat for free! About the location, you have everything nearby and far from noise and crowds. Definitely we will come back here next time.

Thanks so much to Sandeep on reception, he went above and beyond not only checking me in, but I also had other issues that he helped me with such as printing that I needed for a work emergency. He made sure I had everything I needed and then some, all whilst continuing to help other guests to make sure they had a great experience.

The check in machines were not working (again). but a member of staff took my paperwork and sorted me out in the back office. On our way back down in the lift we met a lovely member of the housekeeping team who chatted to us about our plans - when we got back that night we found a box of chocolates and a card from her in our room!!! My only gripe was that there was only 1 set off towels for us to share and we only noticed it when we were showering in the morning. If a room is booked for 2 people then I think 2 sets should be standard? the room was super clean, well supplied with coffee pods and water plus amazing central location. We book Premier Inn a lot for both business and private - very reliable and such friendly staff.

Have stayed here, many times over the past few years… Both with my husband & daughter This was a theatre trip, with my daughter Always choose this premier inn, as it’s so, convenient for the Blackfriars station, plus walking distance to different areas of London On check in, everyone was being offered a glass of Prosecco (never had this before) very welcoming!! Check in quick, despite queue.. We had a twin room, which was clean, comfortable beds, and quiet Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, cooked food hot & fresh Staff working quickly, clearing away plates etc Will return on our next visit to London
