Premier Inn London Blackfriars

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

房間好，在市中心

Spędziliśmy 4 noce w tym hotelu i tylko jeden z nich posprzątał pokój, a zrobili to, ponieważ mieliśmy dwa różne zameldowania i po pierwszym dniu rozpoczęliśmy nowe zameldowanie, gdyby nie to, że jesteśmy na pewno też by go nie wyczyścili. Zgłosiliśmy to do recepcji drugiego dnia i całkowicie nas zignorowali. Przed wyjazdem poprosiliśmy o arkusz roszczenia, a oni dali nam tylko kartę z e-mailem i zaoferowali nam bezpłatne śniadanie, którego nie zaakceptowaliśmy. Podczas pobytu musieliśmy prosić o czyste ręczniki, a kiedy wyjeżdżaliśmy, prawie nie mieliśmy już papieru toaletowego. Ciągle zawodziły klucze, nie działała suszarka do włosów i nie było lodówki z minibarem, więc opcja kupienia przekąski na powitanie w hotelu również nie była możliwa. Na zakończenie była praca, która codziennie budziła nas młotkami. To nie był pierwszy raz, kiedy tu zatrzymaliśmy się, ale z pewnością był najgorszy ze wszystkich i najbardziej rozczarowujący.

Chociaż wczoraj zapewniali mnie o posprzątaniu pokoju dzisiaj.. dzisiaj też nikt nie przyszedł. HANIEBNY. Absolutnie nie zalecane. Pomimo kilku skarg to z recepcji ich to nie obchodzi. Rozczarowujące, tandetne i nieprofesjonalne

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

Spent a brilliant Bank Holiday weekend close to St Paul's Cathedral. Received a very friendly, warm welcome from staff and service was excellent. Dinner /cooked breakfast meal deal (with drink) very good value for money and tasty! Slept in a well appointed quiet room and enjoyed sitting in the plush sofas/armchairs in the evening with a drink from the bar. Left luggage service very useful on last dsy too. Will definitely stay there again.

We stay at the Premier Inn Blackfriars as we needed something that was well-priced and located. This did not disappoint! It was so convenient with all the transport links nearby, plus plenty of places to eat and grab a drink. You'd think in the centre of London it would be noisy too but it was very quiet. The room was incredibly clean - not one complaint there. But I do wish the air con worked a bit better, especially with is being the warmest day of the year, but thankfully it wasn't too much of a problem with the room not terribly warm. We'd definitely stay here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone needing something central and convenient.

Totally adequate for what it was. Bed wasn't comfortable and Wifi was lacking, but for the location and price that's totally fine.

My husband and I were overwhelmed by the kindness, generosity and professionalism of the staff. During a slight medical episode I had, Danny and Simona were invaluable assisting us. They are truly to be commended for their quick and caring actions that day. We cannot thank them enough. The hotel is lovely and clean. All of the staff is very accommodating, the food was excellent, and the location was perfect for our stay. I will recommend your hotel to my friends and family who may visit London in the future. We had a ball!
