This hotel is very near to Trafalgar Square. Many eateries around 6 streets from roundabout. Walking distance to Big Ben and you can walk to the golden jubilee bridge And you can view the London eye. All within walking distance from hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

地理位置極其好，周圍地鐵站、火車站等都很方便，餐館林立，廣場、中國城、國家美術館都很近，泰晤士河邊公園很多，都是散步的好去處。步行還可到達威斯特敏斯特教堂和白金漢宮。建築外觀也很大氣，大堂、餐廳和其他公共設施都很棒，看起來是一家豪華酒店（價格也的確是）。但房間令人有點失望，實在太小了，而且還特別低矮，有點壓抑感。説是1.5-1.8米的床，實際就衹有1.5米的，問了前台根本就沒有1.8米的（要麼就是她不想給我們1.8米床的房間）。房內設施、傢俱也簡陋，窗户很小，衞生間很小，感覺國內二星的水平吧。考慮倫敦市中心寸土寸金的位置，可以理解，但還是很失望。

在倫敦的時間全部住在這個酒店，交通很方便 。步行到任何地方都很方便。是倫敦市中心的位置。

Would definitely stay here again, we stayed in the Superior room with kitchenette this room is spacious compared to other places in this area, the beds were comfortable, the room was very quiet and everything was clean, the staff were very friendly and loved the complimentary on site washing machine and dryer facility you can use yourself which was very useful after 3 weeks of travelling and a lot of other places in the area don’t have this, highly recommend.

First impressions are important and unfortunately ours was not great. We did arrive early, so did not expect our room to be ready, however receptionist couldn't even break out a smile. Not a great smile. We left our bags and went for something to eat, returned 5mins prior to official check in. Room still wasn't ready, no offer to use lounge (which I only found out about the next day from another member of staff). After asking numerous times, room was available. Receptionist not helpful. Had to ask times of breakfast, no hotel info and no enjoy your stay. Very basic for price, had to ask for towels.Cost of breakfast £50..extorniate for what it was. Would we stay again? NO

Love this hotel. We've stayed several time, but not recently as it had become more expensive. However, they were offering some cheaper deals in the winter, and it was great to be back. Staff are lovely; rooms are great, and the location is perfect. I keep meaning to ask where they get their pillows, because they are the most comfortable ones i have ever come across!

Location was great and staff was helpful with requests. I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel though. The property definitely needs to be updated and some of our bedding was dirty upon arrival. Solid stay overall.
