absolutnie okropne doświadczenie, telewizor, grzejnik i podgrzewacz wody nie działają. Poproszony o pomoc personel bardzo długo odpowiadał i nie zaoferowano żadnego rozwiązania. Zlew bardzo łatwo się zacina, w toalecie nie ma nawet żelu pod prysznic, personel wcale nie jest pomocny i przyjazny.

While I did not have high expectations for this hotel given its price point and location, I anticipated basic comfort which. The majority of the room's amenities were outdated, yet still within an acceptable standard for me. However, the air conditioning system was disappointingly inadequate; it failed to produce heat and emitted only cold air. Despite the staff promptly providing an electric heater when alerted to this issue, the room remained uncomfortably cold.
The most disconcerting part of my stay was the condition of the bedding. The filler in the duvet had clumped together, as evidenced by the attached photo, likely due to improper washing. This left me with little more than two thin sheets in zero-degree weather, with a non-functional heating system. To find some warmth, I resorted to wearing additional clothes and draping my down jacket over the duvet—a far cry from a comfortable night's sleep.
I must commend the hotel staff, who were excellent throughout this ordeal. Their service was the only warm aspect of my stay.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from High Street Kensington tube station. There is also a bus stop just 2 mins from the hotel that takes you to Piccadilly Circus and other parts of the city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along near the hotel and Holland Park is also just a doorstep away. Overall, the hotel itself is a bit old but the room is very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are perhaps too soft for my liking but not uncomfortable in means. The bathroom is big and they do provide you with shower wash and body lotion. However, I was not sure how to adjust the temperature of the AC and the room was a bit cold. Overall, this is more a business hotel which provides all the basic amenities fairly well. If you are travelling with small children then there could be better opinions in town.

Hotel closed to bus station and reasonable range from Underground station. Secure car parking is allowed you drive in & out during your stay. Concierge is helpful and polite, definitely will stay in my next visit.

Had a very good stay at Hilton London Olympia Kensington. The only concern I had was the location as tube services seems to be limited towards Paddington side. Room and the toilet were clean and the staff at the reception were helpful.
