酒店位於市中心，鬧中取靜，離很多景點比如白金漢宮、西敏寺、大笨鐘、倫敦眼等均可步行到達。我們到達時被告知查不到預訂（應該是他們預訂部的疏忽），我訂的3人套房沒有了，換給了我兩個標準房間，也算是及時解決了問題。
酒店本身環境設施服務等都不錯，早餐也算豐富，關於此酒店，知乎上有介紹説曾經是著名的“間諜酒店”，大家有興趣可以查一查。

Great location! Beautiful historic hotel. Very nice tea. Our room was small and awkward but our sons room was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room, 615 had a thermostat problem, it was way too hot (stuck at 25 deg celsius/77 fahrenheit) and the temperature could not go down, we had to open the windows when we sleep or when we are in our rooms; hence we hear the street noise. They sent 2 people to fix the problem but was not able to do it; they did not offer to move us to another room. They only offered to put points on my marriott convoy account but never received the points either. I paid a hefty price for a sauna like room and i got sick because of it. My asthma acted up and i coughed so bad staying in this room.

Services, location and facility were excellent. No complimentary upgrade. Not aware of any VIP amenities. We were charged for the room upgrade.

This property is completely amazing, just like the staff.
Enjoyed all the accommodations and the easy access to the train stations and walking distance to many of the key highlights. Had some minor issues that were addressed, and management took quick action! Will stay at St Ermins again, due to the best hospitality that we received! Make a stay here if reading this!!!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff was superb. Courteous, helpful, and kind. The hotel breakfast was outstanding. Our stay was excellent.
