Royal Park Hotel

酒店的設施很一般，但是酒店的位置非常好，出行非常方便，機場45分鐘地鐵直達。附近兩個地鐵站步行衹要5-6分鐘。而且地鐵站附近有華人超市和不錯的中餐。到海德公園步行6分鐘，到帝國理工大學步行也衹要15-20分鐘。

酒店服務一流，前檯女服務員很友善親切及樂意幫忙，還介紹了景點路線給我們，我們十分感謝她。 酒店設施及房內環境一般，房間雖小但五臟俱全，有洗頭水及護髮素；有肥皂及肥皂液；有細小的檯子及掛衣設施，衛生環境一般，不要期望太高，畢竟是3星級別。 酒店位置很好，座落於寧靜的小區，但行走5至10分鐘，就有很多不同種類的餐廳，有中式、意大利菜、巴西菜、印度菜 .......。行走5分到underground Bayswater station ，另一方向行走8分鐘就能到達Queensway station，由酒店行走20分鐘到達Paddington Station。 The hotel service is excellent, the front desk waitress is very friendly and willing to help, and she also introduced us with the directions of attractions, we are very grateful to her. The location is good, located in a quiet neighborhood, but 5 to 10 minutes walk away there are many different kinds of restaurants, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian, Indian... A 5-minute walk to underground Bayswater Station, an 8-minute walk in the other direction to Queensway station and a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Paddington Station.

The rooms are small, but gif a solo traveler like myself they were perfect. The hotel itself is within walking distance of several tube lines, Hyde park and a busy area with lots of restaurants and pubs as well. Decent accommodations for the price you pay!

I arrived early and was able to check in and have acces to the room right away. The room was clean and I was told that for cleaning service, let them know at the reception before 11.00am. The location is perfect. Underground 5 minutes walking distance and many busstops, shops, restaurants etc. in the vicinity.

Simple, but clean room with a comfortable bed. Very nice staff. The reception is small, so I missed a lobby to sit down to work and have a coffee.

Staff were great and very friendly. Room had a kettle and tea & coffee that I wasn’t expecting. They also have luggage storage so you can leave your bag when you checkout. But I was persuaded to book because it said the rooms have soundproof walls, they don't. I was woken up at least once every night by people in the rooms on either side, the walls must be paper thin Shame because in every other way it was much better than expected

Terrible experience! We did the check in around 1 pm, We were resting at the room, and at 7 pm, suddenly a man open my room with 2 girls allegedly that our room was assigned to them!! We got scare that the key room can open others rooms! No elevator! You are lucky if you get q room on the first floor.
