We arrived earlier than the expected check in time. They happily checked us in which was very helpful for our visiting schedules. Breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable and the location is great.

酒店交通非常方便，附近都有不少餐廳，距離景點都近。房間向後面，抽油煙機聲音很大，油煙味也很大，因為沒有冷氣，也不可以關窗；洗手間有漏水情況；早餐可以，不過每天都是一樣的😅

The reception changed my room to the side facing the Kimpton after knowing that my room facing the back of the building was too noise. Overall great service.

Great reception staff but I had messaged the hotel saying we were coming to London for a special birthday celebration. This seemed to be ignored when we arrived. Hotel is lovely and reception staff really helped by giving us a fam as the room was too hot. It’s in a great location too! See you again soon

The hotel is located in a convenient location near the Russel Station. The room is clean. However there is no air conditioner and it is quite noisy when the windows are opened.
