This was bad experience , dirty rooms , unfriendly staff, there was none to support us for trolley for room. I would never stay here again until I am paid money to do so.

The location was good! The service was mostly good. We paid the same price for 2 nights but got breakfast with only one night. It was very expensive to purchase separately.
The hotel was clean and they helped make the experience for my daughter really good for her bday as the room had flowers to celebrate her!

Great convenient location, situated a few bus stops from Kings Cross station where there’s food and convenience stores. This is a good hotel for families, business and solo travelers.
Room was clean and tidy. A little cramped but that is expected of London. Order grilled salmon from room service one night and Reshma was warm and friendly.
The reception were super helpful and accomodating to my requests. I appreciate the staff providing me with the necessary support when I was sick.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and friendly hotel, lovely breakfast . Disappointed the swimming pool was closed indefinitely, there was no mention of this when booking , and the main reason for choosing this hotel was it was advertised as having a pool.
Another negative was the location, on the outskirts of King’s Cross and in a slightly uncomfortable area when walking back to the hotel in the evening.

This hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the King cross station and situated in a rather isolated location from public transports such as the Underground and bus stations.
Personally, i found it a little inconvenient to having to walk to those stations despite the price. The room's ambiance was nice however some of the facilities and other things in the room was not up to standard. For example, the lamp was broken, amenities were only supplied for two the whole stay despite the reservation was for three, and the sheets had stains and was torn too. Breakfast was a buffet style English breakfast, which was quite nice and reasonable.
