Grate localisation, clean room but a little small. downstairs you have place to eat and drink. Lovely place with a grate crew! Absolutely my favourite place to stay in East London !! Andreia was the member that stood out the most. She is great. Servers is the best Stellas.

The staff here are amazing mainly the supervisor Andreia. This girl is beyond amzing words can not explain what this girl can do. Whenever i needed her she was there, nothing was too much trouble.. Asset to the company, and i look forward to coming back in october 2024.

Sayful was excellent on the front desk, very professional and he really helped me out in a moment of panic. He kindly printed me off an important email that I needed during my stay. Lovely guy. I would also like to mention the staff member at breakfast, Ibrihim, he was also very professional and hard working.

All staff seem to have different information. Towels were never changed. Their manager is rude and dismissive of customers.

Worst Travelodge I've ever stayed in, room was tiny and in poor condition with carpet and curtains full of stains, lift floor is coming away which is a trip hazard. Breakfast was awful. When speaking to staff they weren't interested in helping

I have stayed in many Travelodges over the whole of Britain and never had a problem. This time I had no electricity in my room. Akmol Sayfub dealt with my problem immediately. As always I find the staff excellent,friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again as I know if I need any help I can rely on the staff. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the service exceeded all my expectations, largely thanks to Sayfur. From the moment I checked in, Sayfur was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Decent hotel in good location for Abba Voyage. We were on 10th floor and was nice and quiet. Short walk from Stratford High Street DLR.
