it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Possibly the worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel. I could put up with the lack of space, I knew what I was getting but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was so hot. The aircon was really only a fan and did nothing to cool the cramped space. For £220 for 1 night they really should be ashamed of themselves. I get it’s London, I understand it a BH weekend, but I’d think twice before booking here.

Hotel is well located, pretty modern design. Rooms are super small, but clean. Staff at reception was very friendly, we could keep our luggage in secured place prior of check in as we arrived early and also ofter we checked out. Whole process was smooth.

This Premier Inn Hub hotel close to Covent Garden was an excellent base for everything we had planned. There are so many things within walking distance we didn't need to use the Tube. Would definitely use again particularly for Theatre trips. Rooms are compact but well designed and functional. Perfect for a city break.

Brilliantly located for the theatre, ver6 clean, lovely staff. Breakfast was a bargain and well worth the cost

My fav hotel! But, what I'd like to share is the fab team of staff - friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you Faruq, Lenia, Natasha and Alina for making my family feel so comfortable and welcomed. Your helpful service made our stay even more memorable. Thank you.

I stayed overnight at the Hub by Premier Inn in Covent Garden, it was clean, quiet and really comfortable. Everything you needed was on hand, although I could have used an iron, it was not a major problem and I would know next time. Yes the rooms are small but they give you everything you need including Air Con, which is a bonus on a hot London day. I would highly recommend the Hub for the price, it is real value in a city renowned for over-priced average hotels.

The room was clean and efficient. Be aware that it its small, so if that's not what you want, you'll want to reconsider. The staff was not good, though. I am visually disabled and many things about the hotel were not accessible. The staff was also not helpful and mostly unfriendly.

Faulty blind cord already broken unable to lift the blind up. TV channels not working as it should be, duplicated channels. No hot water sink. Shower working ok. In other room - Air conditioning not working. Unable to report to reception as receptionist are always too busy and queue so prefer to e-feedback instead after leaving our stay. Prefer West Brompton PI Hub on our last visit.
