Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

房間很整潔，就是窗户有點小，不通風，像國內的快捷酒店，但是在倫敦這個地方，這個價位還算可以，推薦住，常住沒窗户不習慣！

Hemos estado 5 noches en este hotel y he de decir que la experiencia ha sido extraordinaria. Es un hotel moderno, limpio y con todas la facilidades que puedas necesitar, tanto en las instalaciones generales como en las habitaciones. Situacion inmejorable entre la City y Tower Hill. Angela y el resto del equipo (recepcionistas, camareros, room service, etc...) son muy simpaticos y eficientes y siempre tratan de hacer que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. Resaltar que todo el equipo es muy joven lo cual pone mas en valor su profesionalidad. Dispones de cargadores en el Bar/Restaurante y en la habitacion, toma europea sin necesidad de adaptador si te lo olvidas, dos tipos de wifi en tu cuarto, conexiones multimedia en tu Tv, etc... La fotos que veis en la web son totalmente autenticas y reflejan el buenestado de las instalaciones. Los precios en el Bar/Restaurante son mas que correctos en Londres, rozando lo barato y la calidad del producto, muy buena. No comtemplo volver a Londres e ir a otro hotel por su relacion Calidad/Precio. Totalmente recomendable. ----------------------- We’ve stayed 5 nights at this hotel, and I must say the experience has been extraordinary. It’s a modern, clean hotel with all the facilities you could need, both in the common areas and the rooms. The location is unbeatable, situated between the City and Tower Hill. Angela and the rest of the team (receptionists, waitstaff, room service, etc.) are very friendly and efficient, always striving to make your stay the best possible. Notably, the entire team is quite young, which adds value to their professionalism. You’ll find chargers in the bar/restaurant and in the room, European power outlets without the need for an adapter if you forget yours, two types of Wi-Fi in your room, and multimedia connections on your TV, among other amenities. The photos you see on the website are completely authentic and reflect the excellent condition of the facilities. Prices at the bar/restaurant are more than reasonable for London, bordering on cheap, and the product quality is very good. I wouldn’t consider staying at another hotel in London due to its excellent quality-to-price ratio. Highly recommended.

Was a great place to stay to study the old City of London, churches, Roman wall, also Queens Walk on the South Bank, great for the Tower of London and Tower Bridge too,

Angela and Daiana did a great job of looking after us at breakfast. We would like to thank them for looking after us and making it a very positive experience. They are an asset to your team. The breakfast is a big incentive to chose to stay at a Premier Inn.

Excellent stay at the hub, very welcoming, excellent staff, very clean. Lovely gift left in room for our anniversary. Room with a view, couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay there again

The location is spot on! The room was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is indeed limited but very affordable, costing about 6£ only! I would like to thank Angela who made us a delicious porridge at the breakfast! It’s consistency was great! Would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed one night whilst attending a conference for work. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed.
