Book for my son to stay in London for a night. It’s great that he got a upgrade and he enjoyed his stay in the hotel

I paid for 2 nights but could not use the service. For some strange reason the wrong date was booked and I could not stay in the hotel. I did not get any refund - 0! The hotel took all my money and left the room empty. This is a bad service! They lost my trust – never again.

Spent 6 days in London for business and based myself at the Z. The vibe is that of a boutique hotel from free cheese and wine to branded umbrellas for the London weather. My room was bright , clean and modern with tea/coffee making facilities and full range of toiletries. The room was small but well laid out. However the main reason I will recommend this hotel and why I will return is the staff - every single member I had dealings with was friendly, efficient and welcoming.

What a great find, having used this hotel due to it’s convenient location on numerous occasions I have never been disappointed. The staff are so efficient, the rooms immaculately clean and if you sign up to become a member (which is free) you get 10% discount, free wine cheese and biscuits in the evening and unlimited tea and barista coffee.
