Good location. Friendly staff. Easy access to Westfield shopping mall, Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush Market.
Clean room. Air conditioning. Free WiFi. Tiny obscure glazed window.

Staff very friendly. Location is great next to the underground station. My room was in the basement. You could hear the water pipes above. Shower and sink were not draining properly.

-No one in the reception for check-in for about 15 min (and no one answered their phone)
-The worst bed I have ever slept in
-Only hot water in the shower…
-The zink was clogged up
The most annoying fire alarm-indicator blinking green in the room made a “green- light districts” feeling and impossible to get a good night sleep.
I will never ever come back to this hotel and I can only suggest everyone to keep out and NOT book this hotel - it’s a disaster.

A very nice hotel for a very good price despite being right next to a London tube station. The service is excellent and attentive, with the room comfort being quite high as well. I would recommend this hotel for a quality stay for a good price in London, with 20-30 minutes distance to the financial centre.
