Epsilon Hotel

Stayed at oyo last night I read some reviews that was putting me off but I have to say we enjoyed our stay it was fairly priced comfy clean and nice staff we will be returning next week and for the next few weeks due to some appointments we have thank you OYO X

Stayed here for our trip to ABBA Voyage. Very clean, comfortable beds and service was excellent! Great location to Westfield shopping centre. Ten min walk if you go through Stratford City shopping mall.Parking was available at a cheaper price than Westfield.

The staff are very welcoming and there is a bar in reception with seating. The room is very big and clean. It's great value for money given the location. I didn't have the breakfast but they gave a 10% voucher for the cafe next door. The lift was out of order which was inconvenient as our room was on the third floor. We didn't ask to move to a lower floored room though or ask for someone to carry our bags, which I think they would have tried to help with if we asked as were very friendly. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. As it was warm, I slept on top of the duvet which helped a bit. There's no aircon in the room. They provide fans which cool the room down but they are quite noisy so couldn't have them on when sleeping. None of this would stop me staying though as it's great value for money given the location and workarounds for the negatives.

The Worst hotel in Stratford. Extremely rude behaviour. I will give them Zero as review. I stayed for one night. Staff keep banging the door from 10am to move from the hotel. You can bring visitors at night. But you cannot ask to drop your friend to drop toothbrush and tooth pest . Filthy atmosphere. Dirty floors.

Had a 2 night stay was very good room was a great size for 3 did find the pillows a bit hard. Was very quite for being on main road. Hotel was in a great location close to all railways bus station and lots of shops. Staff were very good too very helpful.

Stayed at The Epsilon for 3 nights for my mum's 70th birthday celebrations.to see.ABBA Voyage and tour of London. The staff at Epsilon were lovely, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best possible. Will definitely book the Epsilon again. Thank you

This hotel was a real find. We were booked to see the ABBA Experience (also highly recommended) and got an excellent room rate here through one of the web-booking sites. We honestly didn’t expect the greatest experience at the price for this part of London But we were wrong. 10 minutes walk from the Olympic Village, a very warm welcome on arrival, spotlessly clean and well-equipped room. Good value and good quality breakfast in the (connected) cafe next door available too. Knocked off a point as the lift wasn’t working (we were on the 3rd floor), not enough towels for two people, blinds on the windows need repair. But otherwise we highly recommend this great little hotel.

Perfect location on Stratford. Just 10 or less minutes walk to tube station. Check in was quick and simple. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The hotel room was a good size. Plenty of room to store luggage. Also a very comfortable bed, the room and linen were all clean. The bathroom was good with a fantastic shower and with a good hot water temperature. Tea and coffee along with a kettle were all provided. There is free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Can’t wait to return soon.

Lift broken entrance automatic doors broken, staff were not particularly friendly rooms really need updating bed so uncomfortable sink cracked curtains fell down when drawn toilet roll holder fell off . Television had terrible reception unable to watch programme . Worse night sleep . Breakfast and service was shocking
