酒店有上百年的歷史，門頭很小，一不小心就容易走過，以至於每次回去到附近都得看着點兒。有樓梯有電梯（電梯窄小到衹容得下兩個成人和兩件大行李）。但是以上這些一點不影響我入住的優質體驗。首先是前台接待非常熱情，雖然英文已如同白紙的我完全聽不懂她説的是啥，但我還是感受到了她周到細緻的關照和熱情的態度👍酒店內從裡到外的設施沒有一點百年的陳舊感，保留了一些百年的氣質，但內部設施設備很現代，特別是衞浴，簡單乾淨利落，足以滿足我對衞浴的需求。特別值得一提的是房間的咖啡、茶包、小餅乾、巧克力每天都有提供，水和氣泡水都可以免費無限量👍頭天我們還特地在超市買了水帶回去，2L雖然1磅不到，但如果天天需要買回去的話，又麻煩也挺費錢。特別我這種喝水大户😂房間內的雀巢膠囊咖啡機好用到讓我第一次升起想立馬買個帶回來的念頭😅酒店身處金融街，到哪裡也都很方便，巴士公交和地鐵站都近在咫尺，玩累了回酒店休息也還是很方便。對了，這次倫敦之旅對巴士的體驗感比地鐵好太多👍總之，酒店很喜歡，如果有機會還會再次入住，也願意推薦給朋友😊😊

Bar and common spaces in photos were closed. We were disappointed after seeing photos of wonderful spaces we had no access too.
The hotel is in a great location and room itself was a decent size and well kept.
Would have liked to know the bar/common spaces in the photos were not available prior to booking.

No water was available in my room for most of the first day of my stay (5th January). I could not shower, wash, shave or use the toilet before going to meetings. Staff tried their best in poor circumstances, but no compensation, vouchers or apology was offered by Fullers. I had to shower in the basement of my employer's office (not ideal).

It was hard to find location because of no hotel board. You need to put some board so people don’t get confused.

Counting House is an average hotel as far as service is concerned .
We were there for four days but our room was not cleaned once.
The elevator was regularly out of service.
The room was spacious and nice.
The receptionists were very helpful

Coming from a Financial Services background it was "fun" to stay in an old Bank Property . It has been very sympathetically refurbished yet has so many of the old style areas , character and building features
Room was above rear door to pub below and might get noisy in warmer months
Looking forward to coming back

This property was a happy surprise. LOVELY rooms and an amazing breakfast location and offerings. Picked for its location (access to LCY airport), it will be a new favorite. Expensive interiors...wood trim, heavy/lovely drapes/valances, marble (non-functioning but still pretty) period fireplace...comfortable beds, good linens. Would gladly return. Worth staying just to eat in the two story, old bank building lobby turned restaurant.
