Very poor experience. There is literally no amenities in the room. No hairdryer, no kettle, no water, no coffee, no cup, no toothbrush. The shower has no door so it gets wet all over, and there is no fire sprinklers I doubt if it’s even legal. All rooms have no windows and overall room is dark, there is no TV as well, does feel like a prison cell. Worst part is that luggage keeping costs at 10 GBP, and the gym also costs 10 GBP. These stuff are naturally expected as complimentary in a hotel. Even a hostel wouldn’t charge on luggage keeping. Only benefit is the city center location, but we first stayed at the 2nd floor and the room was really noisy at night because of the night club we had to change to a smaller room on 8th floor. I hope Trip.com reviews on this and make a decision whether to continue having this hotel on the platform.

Stayed overnight for work ended up playing chess with front desk 🤣 praise where praise is due I found the whole experience very pleasant. I had trouble getting the machines to recognise my check-in code but the staff were more than happy to help out. The room was clean, well presented and very cosy. - Accessable charging ports above the bed - Crazy good shower with a literal on-off switch and perfect temp control 😶‍🌫️ - Great WiFi speed for watching videos and whatnot Smashing stay! my thanks to the team.

location is good，but room is small， no hairdryer，and charge 5 pounds for one hour！！！I can even buy one if I borrow 3times.

Wanted location close to Chinatown can’t ask for better, room was relatively clean but no slippers provided especially walking on tiles so bring your own. No windows in any standard room therefore air con is on at all times…if you need hairdryer will have to pay deposit to rent one, also they do charge £5 per luggage to hold if you have later flight to catch…I would go back again just for location max stay 2 nights no more. We did ask front desk for information on new tube line to airport first staff member we approached was not helpful at all without showing any interest whatsoever but my husband approached different staff member who was helpful and gave some information.

無食物，且無洗漱用品，沒有拖鞋也沒有衣架，沒有梳子牙刷牙膏，沒有吹風機，沒有浴袍，隔音效果一般，外面的關門聲聽得清清楚楚。唯一的優點就是地理位置好，離市中心近，離唐人街也很近。

安靜，交通方便，離中國城非常近

It sets as free & easy style, self check in & check out. Upon check in, need the service stuff to help register the key too. It is really the simplest that no supply of bottle of water, no kettle, no table and chair in room. i booked the cocoon room as it was the only available upon booking. It is tatami style. No door hang signage to give instruction to housekeeping. Despite such lack of basic facilities, we adapt swifty.

Very clean room. Like the design. No window But u won't feel captivated. Nice location. Not a lot of amenities though.
