This was the worst hotel room I've ever seen. When we went up to the room and it was 42 degrees Celsius! There was no air conditioning or ventilation. We literally would have died overnight from heat stroke if we had stayed there. The room was uninhabitable.
The attendant offered us a tiny fan with a *****ic flat expression on her face that showed she was completely detached from the reality that the room was uninhabitable.
The room was tiny. The beds were tiny. The decor was minimalist. It was really the worst room I've ever seen. It looks like something out of an Indian slum.
The receptionist made me pay for the room before showing me the room. He then wouldn't give me a refund. I had to go down the street to another hotel and forfeit my payment at the Carlton Hotel.
If you want to hate London, stay at this hotel. This hotel made me hate London.

位置特別棒，距離火車站地鐵站走路都非常近，趕最早一班火車特別方便。房間確實比較小，有點像學生宿舍，不過睡個覺足夠了，畢竟寸土寸金。

酒店設施很不錯，酒店位置很方便，周圍車站很多，也有很多商店，餐館也不少，還有一家中餐廳。整體感覺很好。性價比高。
