Overall amazing property. Friendly staff, excellent communal spaces - Gym, Bar, Restaurant etc. The room is a little small but well appointed. comfortable bed, great TV channel selection, and excellent water pressure in the shower. the unlimited free mini bar (no alcohol) is a nice perk. My only real complaint would be that if your room doesn't face the main street, it's dark as the building you window faces is tall and also under construction. It woke us up in the morning a couple of times. The hotel however is an excellent location. central to most things but nestled into Mayfair and around the corner from Shepard market which is full of great restaurants.

Great property and location with superior service. Room was a bit small but well decorated with nice linens and amenities. No VIP offer or upgrade of any kind

I reserved this stay for my son during the New Year's holiday and I have given it a rating of 3 only because the concierge service in the hotel was not very helpful or able to fascilitate a reservation for dining. I feel that a hotel of that status should be able to help with dining.
