Lords Hotel

Good location. Clean room and bathroom, nice views from the room. The breakfast was also good. The only annoying thing about the hotel is that it has no lift. I was placed on the fourth floor so it was a struggle carrying up and down my really heavy luggage

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have made a difference. kind of expect at least a kettle and a cup with a few tea bags. Great location for Hyde Park, Notting Hill area with Bayswater tube a 4min walk. I am OK with stairs but the lack of lift could catch people out especially if on the top floor, steep stairs and lots of them. Would come back to. Room clean with no issues at all.

Very clean and fresh environment, nicely decorated. Breakfast was basic and decent. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Location was great - super quiet and peaceful in the evening and just a short walk to cafe's, restaurants, convenience stores and Bayswater tube station.

3星酒店嚟講算係咁，近Hyde park，附近行幾診路有咪錶位可以泊車都幾乾淨，不過唔隔音，出面講野好細聲都會聽到。

Clean, basic, acceptable breakfast, ok for this price range.

Stayed one night lovely room with a balcony very clean hotel could have stayed for breakfast but had to leave early staff were lovely great location would recommend

Dirty sheets，the food is ok

I stayed here in March and will never return. My room was in a separate building which came across as very dodgy asking a single female traveller to 'head down the road' to another building. Also, there were 3 flights of stairs with no lift and carrying heavy bags was very displeasing. I did not get the room I ordered and on arrival was told that 'we don't have any double rooms' even though I paid for a double room. Instead, I slept on a very uncomfortable single bed which was cheaper than the room I expected and the bedsheets were disgustingly stained! The room does not look like the photos online at all. I am very disappointed and received a 50% refund. I paid for a much nicer room than I received. The wifi was awful and kept disconnecting. I had to ring the reception multiple times to get a new code and I had to use my own phone data for meetings.
