Unparalleled excellence. Lovely festive features all around the hotel, staff wonderfully efficient, generous and kind.

The Goring was lovely but not worth the price. We were told that this would be the most Christmas themed hotel in the area; however, not the case. I don’t even think we saw a tree? Hotel needs more updated technology outlets. Small room was next to a butlers pantry and very loud all hours of the evening. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay again.

Such a beautiful hotel. The service is impeccable. Always warm and friendly with people who learn your name. The food delicious. The room very comfortable with a comfortable bed. It was a true pleasure to stay here.

Stayed for a wedding - no acknowledgment of it. Service same as most places I've stayed across London and it's a lot. The reception team and door staff almost unnoticed even when we left in wedding attire they didn't even get to the car to open the doors or wish us well.
