Excellent staff, beautiful room (slightly small) , very comfortable bed and desk, morning and evening service of the rooms, big thumbs up! Go ahead and book! Super central to oxford circus, Soho, Leicester square, covent garden, west end. Two minute walk from tottenham court road tube station.

THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE! Had the most amazing stay .. Concierge and front desk are top of the line in service and smiles. Cannot say enough about this hotel.. I will stay here every time I visit London!

Beautiful and friendly ambience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the room had lots of nice little touches. The doorman made us feel like he was welcoming friends each time. We will always stay here on our visits to London in the future.

I loved this place. The service was excellent. We had daily room service twice a day. The location was amazing. It was so cozy I loved the fireplace in the hall area. I would definitely go back.
