We spent one night before leaving London and this hotel was perfectly located within a easy 10 minute walk between St Pancas and Euston Stations. The street was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us really. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely choose it again when visiting central London.

The room smelled like a sewer the minute we walked in. The shower drain had a cover that wasn’t fully on top of the drain, sign in the bathroom said to keep the cover on to prevent odor. After a long day of travel, couldn’t stand the odor. Asked for a refund, was denied the first night but received a refund for the second night. Had a really nice stay at a hotel around the corner. Tried not to let the experience ruin our vacation, it definitely hurt our pocketbook.

Good location if you are traveling via tube or Euston Train station like we (family of 4) were during this trip. It was about 10 mins from Russell Square station. The lobby and room was clean. We had a bite to ear across the street and visited the near by outdoor food mall and park for the kids. I would stay there again.

We booked a room for 3 people for 1 night, we were on the ground floor first room when entering property.
We were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean and had enough room for 3 people to fit comfortably a double bed and a pull out sofa all made up for us on arrival, 2 tvs 1 in bedroom and 1 in living area, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, we found the area nice and friendly and popped down the road to the Valencia cafe for food and close to Russell Square tube to get around London. Overall very nice and would visit again if in the area.

Well located hotel to King's Cross station, check in was smooth, luxury double room was very nice, great to see coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff, couldn't ask for any more.
