Good customer service - they helped me with papers I needed to print. Rooms have a reasonable size compared to other locations in London. Great experience overall !

The hotel is located very conveniently to many attractions. The breakfast was terrific, perfect way to start a busy day of exploring the great city of London. The room was very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The location is excellent being so close to the Tube.
Room is clean in general but may need a little updating.
Service in general is good but we have trouble connecting our phone to the wifi sometimes and need the hotel's technican to resolve.

we arrived late on the day of check in. staff were friendly and gave us an upgrade to a family room! much appreciated. breakfast is worth it too!

Bathroom is small and only got shower gel and towels. You need to bring your own toiletry and toothbrush.
Room is fine after renovation.

Got upgraded to a family room with 2 queen beds which was a good start to the stay. However everything went downhill from there. The housekeeping only arranges the bed, didn’t refil body wash / clear bins unless the bin was full of rubbish. We wanted to do some laundry but the service was terrible. Bad communication among staff and resulted in paying almost 10 pounds per clothing. A good thing is that it’s about 3 mins away from Gloucester station and Sainsbury for daily things.
