Lovely little hotel very near to Knightsbridge. Clean, spacious room and polite staff. I will stay here again.

Front desk night employee was not professional. Had to change room because the bed was broken, he vame in and try to solve it flopping the mattress. After changing my room , second room heating was not working properly and bathroom was as cold as outside.

Love the complimentary cream tea and the Junior Suite. Harrods is just a few blocks walk.

Hôtel in nice area but room in basement and no breakfast room. Nice to get afternoon tea and tea was available at the reception the whole time.

I like this hotel, it is private, it is a little tired in places but we dont mind, it is quiet, the staff very pleasant, very easy to get to and positioned so it is walkabale to Chelsea, Kensington and Green Park.
I like the fact that you are having Harrods next door, but super quiet upon exiting the hotel as it is in a cul de sac.
If you need a hairdresser I can recommend Jo Hansford at Harvey Nicols.
Will definitely be back.

I loved everyones patience, kindness, willingness to help, and their knowledge of the city. The hotel is very very nice and in a good location. I would recommend it to any of my friends.
