Kierownik ds. obsługi klienta, pan Florin, był bardzo profesjonalny. Florin był bardzo miły dla podróżnych. Jeszcze raz bardzo mu dziękuję. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Szybki internet w całym hotelu?

A little racist. As a traveler from the US on business, I'm very frequently the only Black person in the room. This was the case for a few days here at this hotel as well. One day it was raining and a lovely gentleman on front desk duty lended me a KK hotel umbrella as I went out. Upon returning, I thanked him and handed him the umbrella back but another woman was there. An Asian woman (if this helps mgt narrow it down). As I was walking to the elevator, she rapidly asked me my room number. Now, I just returned an umbrella so clearly I'm staying here, right? Maybe she was asking because she wanted to send champagne? Nope. That never happened.
She was racially profiling. I let her know I was in Room 303 but went back downstairs to address this with her to ask WHY she asked me that, but she had left her shift.
I started not to leave this review but I have to. If you're Black, I would stay somewhere else. As many of us know, this is never a good feeling.
P.S. KK Hotel, if you have audio on your cameras, check the evening of Tuesday, July 19, 2022 if you'd like to substantiate. And maybe partner with HR and invest in a little social awareness training. In case you didn't know, you have racists on your staff.

Lovely Service, when my room was cold and the thermostat was not working, they gave us a heater to use and it warmed up my room, very appreciated, will be coming back soon 👍🏽

房間距離地鐵口6分鐘，周邊有很多吃的，還有中餐廳江湖，油潑麪很好吃，酒店不大，夠用，雙床房是可以中間推開的，兩人中間可以隔離距離設施也不舊，中標英標歐標插孔都有，格局起來了，花園不錯，早餐也很好

호텔의 수준은 대체적으로 만족스럽습니다. 방이 다소 좁으나 런던이라는 점을 감안하면 용납 가능한 수준이고 그 외의 것들은 매우 양호했습니다.
근처에 가게들도 많습니다. 내려와서 한 블럭만 건넌다면 많은 가게가 있는 도로를 마주할 수 있습니다.
호텔에 진입할 때, 캐리어를 갖고 있다면 앞의 돌길로 오지 마세요. 덜길은 이동하기 매우 불편합니다. 한 블럭만 돌아간다면 아스팔트 도로를 이용할 수 있습니다.
호텔 앞의 지하철역은 가끔씩 영업을 멈춥니다. 이에 유의하세요.
