Best Hotel in London I've ever stayed. This was also my mum's last two days staying in UK and she enjoyed here. Our room has been upgraded as well. The reception are soooo nice!

Room is not too small , facilities little old but it’s clean. I like they have kettle in the room so I can have hot water or tea anytime in the room.
The location is very good and it’s like 3 mins to the high street Kensington underground station .
Lot of restaurants around causal like McDonald’s or fancy ones like Jacuzzi are also available.
Definitely I will stay this hotel again next time !

The room was clean and tidy but there was 2 fridges in the room 1 broken in the cupboard and the other outside on the floor the safe didn't work the tv guide was set to approximately 2 weeks ahead and didn't give any information the toilet and sink had cracks in them and the toilet seat was loose and there was black mould under silicon on bath, we went for breakfast on the first day but it was £21 each (we don't that much so could not justify the cost) trip and hotel Web page state £13 and £14 for breakfast, the bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily.

This was a very short stay. We checked in late and out early the next morning. The location is outstanding. Check-in very friendly. The room was spotless however the corridors of the hotel could do with modernisation. I highly recommend staying her for the location and great price.
