酒店環境極差，與相片完全不符。即使是所謂三人房，並非加床，空間與雙人房無異。酒店前台店員對待亞洲人與外國人態度明顯有異，故意要客人等待。

酒店人員服務好，我行李特重，他們很友好的幫我拿。酒店牆壁有點舊，有的房間門隔得非常近，有點沒安全感，但是酒店早餐還可以，位置離地鐵站也還比較近

Decent cheap Victoria hotel. Clean sheets, bed, room etc. At the right price, great place to stay.

Room was extremely small. Not recommended for anyone with claustrophobia. Hair dryer plug was coming away from the wall. Worst of all, Wi-Fi did not work in room, which was extremely inconvenient. Front desk staff did not want to put in employee password, which made things difficult.

I arrived at night and as a female solo traveller it was not very welcoming, did not feel professional, and felt very unsafe in the stairway and corridors which were also very dated. The room itself was fine and more modern than I expected, with a good bathroom and shower. The room door had a double lock with no deadbolt. I actually put the chair against the door just in case as I felt so unsafe. You can hear everything from above, so the noise was also an issue. Looked much better in the day, but still would not recommend being a lone traveller here.

From the outside the hotel looked like it was going to be average for a solo traveller. When I arrived, I was put into a room where the door did not lock or shut properly, I asked politely to be moved. The hotel staff on reception told me I just needed to give the door a shove. I asked again to be moved, explaining that door itself, even when closed did not lock. I was moved to a different room which smelt of damp and was very cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was more like what I expected upon making the booking. The shower, however did not drain and the room took a good 20 minutes to warm up, using what I can only describe as an air conditioning unit on full heat. Throughout my stay, my room key also stopped working multiple times. At one point this left me standing at reception for 20 minutes, waiting for a member of staff to return to the desk. Overall, the stay was less than average and not at all what I expected.
