Ogólnie dobry hotel z przyjazną obsługą, która zwraca uwagę na Twoje potrzeby i dobrze wyszkolonym podejściem. Pokoje są małe, ale bardzo czyste i w dobrej lokalizacji, jedyną wadą może być to, że windy podczas mojego pobytu stwarzały pewne ryzyko.

Location was excellent, very near the underground station - Lancaster Gate. Paddington station is also nearby if you need to take the Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Hyde park is nearby too - can go for a walk or a run. As for the hotel - checking-in was a breeze. The room itself and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast spread was decent. Enjoyed our stay here.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Very good breakfasts. I only ate one evening meal, but didn't think the menu was very inspiring and the meal was not terribly appetising. I still think overall it is a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel next to Hyde Park is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is pleasant and classic. The fitting and facilities in the interior, especially that in the room are aged and at times outright run down and in need of repair or upgrade. The size of the room is also challengingly small, even going by the standard of London hotels. Breakfast is standard and average.

The staff are very kind but the bedroom is not very clean. I saw a few insect in my room. No bacis water is provided. The breakfast is too expensive.

The facilities are a bit old and rough around the edges, but the facilities for the most part are clean. The shower is a bit small too, but for the price and location, it is not bad.

The location is really convenient. The distance to many tourist attractions is walkable. Also, the room size in this price range is very ideal. The lobby is quite decent as well.
