A good selection of food for breakfast with a view of the tower bridge. We requested for a room with a canal view, and it was amazing at night! Definitely worth a try to ask

This hotel is fantastic we had a executive room 533 with a great view of tower bridge. All staff very friendly and welcoming, food was fantastic. This is not the first time at the tower hotel and will definitely not be the last.

Disaster..DO NOT GO THIS PLACE I booked the towel bridge view See the photo you can have this room too Very difficult to change the room At night I had to talk to staff more than 30min to change my room. But that night couldn't change.. My favorite place was towel bridge(not anymore) that is why I booked this hotel. But do not go.. just outside see that bridge is enough.. Even they couldn't call the cab in the morning.. I asked to staff I need a cab to go to train station **r morning. Just 10min before the time they call me there is no cab u should do yourself.. What kind of hotel is that?? This is nigh**are..

No air con in the room on the hottest days of the year, only 1 window opened. Spoke to reception who sent someone to see, yes definitely broken will send an engineer. No engineer ever came. An hour later rang reception to be told they were fixing it and would I like a fan. A fan never arrived. Then to top the ridiculous hot night off the fire alarm went off at 3.15am, appreciate it was no one’s fault at the hotel and actually nice to leave the hot room. Not very good service from a top hotel. Location is stunning and would return but with a room where the air con/heating works.

A great central hotel in the city. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and really sets you up for the day! Beautiful views over the dock and river. Utterly brilliant. Loved it.
