房間很大，甚至可以練瑜伽，這個確實舒服。
但也因為是公寓性質的，所以不是每天打掃衞生。另外也是空間比較大，顯得有些冷，空調要開好久才熱起來。

酒店還行，設施也還可以。最大問題是酒店沒u暖氣片，衹有空調暖，冬天一點要謹慎選擇，倫敦0度左右冷的半死。服務很不行，前台根本不知道在幹嘛，問要和個咖啡牛奶都不知道

Fraser Suites is a very clean and well organized establishment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Definitely staying here every time I come to London.

The apartment is easy to get to, staff are friendly and helpful, and smooth checkin and check out process.
Room amenities are modern as you would expect, although condition of rooms, flooring and some kitchen equipment would need updating. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with sofa bed.
Location is central to many attractions, within 5 minutes walk to Gloucester RD tube, and lots of restaurants close by.
Highly recommended for stay in London with young family.

I would definitely stay again the only change I would make is that I would call ahead and ask not to be booked in LB. It's the basement of the hotel would have definitely preferred a room with a balcony.

I stayed three weeks at this property. The last week we had some issues with the alarms becoming activated in different days in the evening and some water coming thru the ceiling in reception area. These are some issues that need to be looked after.
On the other hand, the people at reception were attentive and cooperative. Maria was a star who proved very useful and did her best to accommodate our needs.
