Mój pokój znajdował się na 4 piętrze, bez windy, która i tak nie została określona, więc myślę, że osoby z problemami z poruszaniem się zdecydowanie nie są mile widziane.
W pokoju pachniało brudem, a łazienka nie była czyszczona: ściany i podłoga prysznica były nadal mokre, na lustrze było mydło i plamy, a muszla klozetowa była brudna. Obrzydliwy. Kiedy zapytałem o to kierownika, jego wyjaśnienie brzmiało, że „sprzątaczka, która zajmuje się wszystkimi podłogami, jest bardzo starą kobietą i czasami tęskni za rzeczami”. Uśmiechnął się, wzruszył ramionami i zaczął wycierać lustro ręcznikiem, który następnie rzucił na podłogę. Straszne doświadczenie: drogie, niedostępne dla osób z problemami z poruszaniem się i obrzydliwie brudne.

I’m 5 foot 7 and the bed was a bit short for me which was annoying. The bed was shorter so the door to the bathroom could open. After we left we could leave our luggage during the day which was very helpful. Convenient walking distance to Victoria transport hub.

Hotel is clean. Staffs are nice. Complimentary coffee & tea. Location is excellent. Close to tube, victoria coach station & bus stop. Free wifi.

Me and my son stayed here just to do some sight seeing around London. The staff were really nice, we dropped our bags early and they put them in our room ready for when we got back. They were also happy to look after them after we checked out to collect before we got our train home. The room was clean, we had a good nights sleep. I would happily stay here again. Perfect, cheap and cheerful.

Bed was rock hard and room very small. No housekeeping unless asked for. Staff were kind and helpful though

Paid for a double room and the bed clearly wasn’t a double, tv was so small couldn’t see it from bed and paid a lot more compared surrounding bigger branded hotels, if you are a larger person don’t book as won’t get through the doors, card machine wasn’t working properly and had to make 3 seperate payments, the gentleman on the front was helpful and the room was clean hence why got 2 stars

The room in its entirety was extremely small. No closet, no real amenities. Shower/ bathroom was tiny, my partner was unable to stand up in the shower they are 6’2in height. The bed was basically springs covered in a sheet, pillows were extremely flat. The room was clean and conveniently located to Victoria station. Decent food options in the area and east to get to places from. If you are looking for comfort or space we would not reccomend this location.

We were in room 14. Small room with all the amenities. TV remote wouldn't work but was changed as soon as I reported the problem. Unfortunately the room directly above us had VERY squeaky floorboards and the occupants walked around throughout the night/early morning.
