We book this hotel due to the fact it is close to train station, it was a layover. The room is small with no fan or aircon, heater doesnt work and the toilet is on the mezzanine floor. Super tight and narrow stairs. Cleanliness was okay, bed is comfy.

Avoid this hotel!!! The reception man was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable, make sure your are aware that you need to pay a £10 deposit for the key to your room, which they didn't make clear. The radiator didn't work in the room, no quilt just a fleece throw! Holes in doors and on the walls. The shower scolded my parnter Do not recommend for anyone it should be a no star hote😡😡😡

The Indian reception ask £10 fee for himself,which is not the tips!
The room is not a quite one, the only good thing is the location of the hotel.

It was smelly and our toilet was broken. It was very hot in the room downstairs and the air con was very loud. There was a note on door that said we weren’t to keep any valuables in the room. This made us feel like the hotel was not a safe environment.

It was quiet place, what I needed as I came for training. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom and toilet upstairs was not nice but few floors Down was ok.

the photos make it look bigger than it is. 2 stars is a reach, more like 1 star and that's only for the man on reception.
window rattled all night, walls so thin we could hear next do clearly and my partner had to climb over me to get in and out of bed.

The rooms are small. However, we were down for a night to watch theatre and is in great location (Russell Square tube) and we were barely there so it didn’t matter. The bathroom again is small but it is all we required.
Only negative there was no mirror in the room to help get ready etc.
