Welcome to The Other House, your home in South Kensington perfectly located close to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge and on the doorstep of some of London’s most iconic cultural landmarks. A Residents’ Club for people going places, The Other House combines home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel services and Private Club amenities. Choose from a range of uniquely designed Club Flats, all of which include a living space with kitchen/diner, bedroom, ensuite shower room and unique features tailored to individual, group and family stays (sizes are based on an average per room/flat category). When you stay at The Other House, you automatically become a member of the Private Club, which comprises two beautiful and very distinctive bars, The Keeping Room and Hogsmire. For a taste of the local vibe, visit the Owl & Monkey or pop in for a casual breakfast, lunch or cream tea at our all-day café, The Other Kitchen. And don't forget to take a moment to revive and restore in our Spa - our Swimming Pool offers dedicated children access hours for some fun family time, whilst adult only times are designed around your day activities. A sauna, steam room, gym, yoga and treatment room compliment the vitality pool. Sustainability is at the heart of The Other House. This begins by refurbishing historic buildings and designing in the most sustainable way possible to using electricity rather than gas, enabling paperless interactions and running low-waste kitchens that serve seasonal, sustainable food. In line with this commitment, The Other House does things a bit differently when it comes to servicing their Rooms and Club Flats, offering you the opportunity to be as self-sufficient or full-service as you like, so you can help reduce waste and minimise carbon footprint. Our Daily Refresh, included for stays of up to 14 nights or on request for longer stays, is entirely chemical free and includes emptying the bins, making the bed, folding towels, a light tidy and wiping down surfaces. Having stayed in some beautiful hotels worldwide, this is definitely on our return list. Although we are Londoners, we stayed here for a friend’s getaway. The decoration, food, amenities and rooms are lovely; however, above all else is the service. Nothing was too much of a problem; we were well looked after, and a special mention to Julia, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you to all at The Other House

This hotel is AMAZING. We booked through prive luxury travel, at their recommendation and boy were they not wrong! Book here - you won’t regret it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - and a special thanks to Julia (from the restaurant team as she took such special care of me and my friend over breakfast!) truly, loved this place. Will defo be back! Francesca x

Indeed one of the best lounge experience. Cocktail guys Andrea, Guru and Sandra are my guys. Very accommodating, extremely professional and the touch is classic. I keep coming back.

A solid choice in a great location. Hotel is stylish and comfortable. It is very conveniently located in London. Housekeeping was sketchy. They missed one day. On another day they left their phone, which we found plugged into our charging device- not cool. But overall this hotel is a reasonably good choice.

I go sometimes to have a drink In this beautiful hotel it’s a very cozy place plus the team at the bar are great specially Helen and Andrea. The sharing plates are exquisite and the cocktails selection is super !! Must try if you are around South Kensigton.

As a regular visitor, I expected far superior customer service from this establishment. I requested to cancel a reservation, which was made without a cancellation option, due to an emergency, and the property flat-out refused. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I assure you, this visit will be my last.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in south Kensington, we loved our room and all the facilities, the pool area was amazing never too busy, great service and atmosphere. Would come back soon.

Stumbled upon this fabulous hidden gem in the heart of South Ken. Great public and room decor, comfortable room, friendly staff and sustainability focus. Make sure you get a drink in the Owl and Monkey, simply outstanding.

The Other House is a fantastic hotel and membership club. I have regularly meetings in their conference facilities and the service as well as decor is first class. Location is great. Value for money is top for London. Guru is a star at the bar.
