The staff here are amazing. I actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the restaurants. Could use a little more entertainment during the day, especially by the pool. Definitely recommending this place to others and will probably book again in the future

The staff at the resort were very nice but the pools were very busy and very loud and crazy. Entertainment at this resort was lacking. They had the RUI party at the RUI next door but that was a lot of drunk young people in a pool full of bubbles. Entertainment was either drunk and crazy wild or nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here. Everything is clean and tidy, all staff is very friendly and the food was good.

We loved our stay here ❤️ we did have a STRONG mildew mold issue in our room but they were trying hard to make us happier the cleaning crew was helpful. Restaurants were great buffet had so many options drinks were good. Great champagne served. Over all a great experience.

Super happy that we booked this property! We were reading really negative comments about the food and blah, blah, blah, but everything was great. The only thing that I did not like was the lighting in the room because I could not do my make up and there was no space by the zinc to put all my make up and face creams.

Good resort. I’ve been to about 15 Mexico resorts in last 5 years. This is so far the best. Great restaurants, pretty good buffet, good pools and beach.

We had a great stay! The facilities are absolutely beautiful!!!! I really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffets. The dinner options were a bit more hit-and-miss in my opinion, and since the dinner restaurants were all "first come first serve", you had to get there pretty early to get your name on the list.
