"This is an interesting resort. The location is a fair bit off the main road making it really peaceful. The resort is built on a cliff which means multiple levels of building. The pool was ok but needs a bit of renovation. You can’t swim in the ocean as there are many rocks and hence dangerous. It’s good for couple of nights but personally I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. Like all the resorts in the area everything is pricey and they have a captive audience!"

Special thanks to Chief Concierge Mario Cortes — he assisted us with every request, helped us upgrade to a stunning ocean-view room, and arranged a late check-out so we could enjoy the resort even longer before our flight. The hotel itself is outstanding: delicious food, more restaurants than we could try in one stay, daily changing entertainment for both kids and adults, warm and chlorine-free pools, spotless grounds, and incredibly kind and friendly staff. Our young son quickly made friends, and the water playground became his favorite spot. We also booked a pirate show tour through the hotel — it was an amazing experience! There’s honestly not a single downside we can think of. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again! Ivan , Irina and Daniel, USA.🇺🇸"

"Everything was very comfortable and close to the center. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Suite 805, which we stayed in, was super comfortable and had everything you needed for cooking or preparing your own meals if you didn't want to go out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was beautiful. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"Room was simple , you pay for what you get. I booked for 5 nights, but had to leave after the 2nd night as they were carrying out construction works, which led to the TV in the room getting dislodged, crashed onto the floor and made it dangerous for me to continue staying there. I tried to explain the situation to the staff, explaining how I didn't feel safe to stay there any longer, and all they could tell me was "Sorry we can't issue a refund". Packed up and left immediately."

No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well) Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free. I liked everything that hotel offered . Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers. I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied. If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again"

Terrible A/C complained several times they said they would look into it and didn’t never offered to switch rooms poor customer service internet should breakfast at $22 per person ended up over $33.00 a person cramped room but the location is great fiesta marina overall better deal then playing a maze game trying to find your room."

"This hotel is so unreasonable and shocking! Their floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be closed. The room we were given at the beginning was on the first floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened directly from inside and outside. Next door is a Mexican restaurant and bar (open to the public). Dangerous and drunk people can just punch in and leave through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enter the room. When I confirmed with the hotel that the doors and windows could not be closed, I was shocked. I had never seen a design with such a low safety factor! The photos are nice, but the hardware details are not as good as the Waldorf Astoria where I stayed last time. There are restaurants and coffees around, and the location is convenient"

"I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind."
