Instalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra.
Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas…
Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos.
Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que trasladarse hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido.
Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.

酒店位置很好，海景房的位置離海很近。但酒店缺乏維護，設施很舊，陽台椅子臟且銹。本來對全包是有點期待，但除了自助餐還有選擇外，晚餐真的太爛了！意大利餐廳做的pizza簡直還不如去超市買冷凍的。

Personalmente, creo que el precio de este hotel y su servicio, configuración, calidad no coinciden!
Algunos miembros del personal de servicio tratan a las personas de diferentes países de manera diferente, saludan a los estadounidenses con una sonrisa y toman la iniciativa de saludarlos por los demás, y el personal de servicio es reacio a cuidarlo, ¡especialmente la cafetería en el vestíbulo y algunos restaurantes de jabones! Se me olvidó su nombre !

Una opción increíble para quienes buscan tranquilidad alejados de la vida nocturna.
Si el servicio fuera más rápido sería increíble ya que si es un poco tardado en tema de restaurantes a la carta ademas que las porciones son un poco reducidas en algunos de ellos y tienes que esperar bastante en lo que sale el platillo.
El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento

We were put in a room that was very far from amenities and close to the road. It was almost off property as we had to cross roads to get to the main resort area. The food was alright but there were large chunks of times where restaurants were not open. Many chairs and items were broken in the room and in the resort. I probably will not return

This resort was amazing. The pool was right next to the beach so you can see the ocean. The restaurants also have a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean.

Horrible room conditions and terrible customer service at Krystal Grand Los Cabos resort in Mexico. I purchased the vacation from ******* for myself, husband and 3 yr old son to have an all inclusive experience.
We were expecting a welcome drink upon arrival and to be welcomed at check-in. Upon arrival to the resort, we were told we needed to check in at the other side of the resort. We stood and waited outside 20 mins for a shuttle to take us to the backside of the resort. Their shuttle minivan’s had no interior cover so the metal, cables and wires were exposed.
The check-in area at the back of the resort was undergoing renovation - dark, no lights; caution tape everywhere; actively being painted. There was no bellhop to carry our bags, so we lugged our luggage to the room.
We arrived to a dingy and filthy room that looked nothing like the pictures on *******. We immediately went to the front deck and requested a different room and offered to pay for an upgrade if necessary. We were told there were no more rooms available for us because we booked through *******. We were told we would have to book an entire new vacation. We ask for the manager and was told the same thing- there were no other rooms available for us and that our choices were to 1) stay in the same room, 2) buy a whole new room in the same resort at the full price or 3) leave the resort.
We contacted ******* to explain what occurred. ******* apologized and requested a refund from the resort who rejected.
